These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Kentus. Using the site means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The site presents information about Kentus and the vehicle we are developing. It is provided for general information and to let qualified operators start a conversation with us. It is not technical documentation for procurement, design, or operational decisions.

Specifications, performance figures, configurations, timelines, and roadmap milestones on the site are design targets or modelled estimates. They are subject to change, may not be achieved, and should not be relied on as guarantees. Site-specific figures are provided only through a written quote reviewed with your engineer of record.

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a price, a quotation, or a commitment to supply a vehicle or service. No contract is formed by using the site or by submitting the inquiry form. Any commercial relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement.

When you submit the inquiry form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information that you do not want disclosed; treat a first inquiry as non-confidential unless we have a written agreement that says otherwise. You permit us to contact you about your inquiry.

The site and its content, including text, design, images, and the Kentus name and logo, are owned by Kentus or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the site for legitimate business purposes. You may not copy, republish, or use the content or marks for other purposes without our written permission.

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or breach its security, submit malicious code, or use automated means to harvest data or overload the service. We may restrict access if the site is misused.

The site links to third-party pages such as professional profiles and a designer portfolio. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following them is at your own discretion.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kentus and its directors, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from reliance on information on the site or from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

You agree to indemnify Kentus against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any dispute, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms as the site or our practices change. The effective date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
